RJ Jackson, a client centric and analytical project manager with over 10 years of experience that combines exceptional communication, accountability, goal-orientation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to deliver world class results in the industry. Known for creating positive impacts that enhance both internal and external support, RJ consistently delivers with productivity and client satisfaction. With a deep knowledge and expertise in business operations, logistics, workflow optimization, and project execution, he excels at identifying and leveraging networks of people, their skills and resources to meet project demands efficiently.
He has successfully managed high-profile, luxury projects for globally recognized brands and elite hospitality groups, including properties along the Pacific Coast Highway, Rodeo Drive, the Las Vegas Strip, U.S Virgin Islands, and even international destinations like Bermuda. This experience has not only strengthened RJ's ability to lead teams and add value but has also led to strong, long-lasting client relationships and repeat business. He believes in the importance of establishing trust with not only his partners but his clients to ensure project success.
RJ obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication Studies and Business Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University where he also played football as a running back and wide receiver. He also obtained executive education from Rice University, undergoing their business executive education program. RJ’s combines academic with hands-on experience. Outside of work, RJ is an avid football enthusiast, bringing the same passion for teamwork, collaboration and strategy. He combines this components with respect and fairness that has served on the field and in professional settings. Driven by faith, family and purpose are his pursuits.

Before obtaining his degree in business marketing, Marcus played football for Texas Christian University, where he honed his discipline and teamwork. The same determination and competitive spirit that propelled him in football now fuel his success in the construction industry.
